5. 怎么写邀请外国朋友来中国玩的邀请函
你这个情况其实很简单的。
你的朋友是什么国家或地区的，如果是欧美日韩澳等发达国家人员来华，直接到中国驻外使馆申请个人因私事务签证就行了，旅游，探亲， 访在，都是因私。
如果是不属发达国家或中国有一定限制入境的国家，就需要你所在地单位向当地被授权单位（如：商务局，外经委，外专局，外侨办等）提交单位及被邀请人的资料申请办理签证通知函。这样他就可以凭签证通知函前前往中国驻外领使馆申请相应签证入境了。

特别提醒：按规定，外籍人士入境后24小时内需要到当地公安机关派出所办理临时住宿登记备查。
