The day I went to the Great Wall with my family was during the Chinese national day's break. There were people everywhere, including children, old people, young people and foreign tourists. It was so crowded that we advanced by being pushed by the crowd. The weather was getting hotter and hotter. As a result, we decided to go back when we were in the middle of the whole trip which made our trip come to an end.
Although, this journey was kind of imperfect because we didn't climb up to the top of the mountain, we were still very happy with ourselves. Because participation is the most important thing when you are trying to do something. So I think the journey is meaningful to us because we gain a lot of pleasure from it.
