其实我也想问你是想知道简谱版还是五线谱版。
举一个例子吧，1和3的附点。
简谱版：第一步：1和3下面画一条能把两个音都刚好包含进去的横线，再在3的下面再画一条只把3包含进去的短横线。简单点说，也就是1和3下面先共有一条长线，3的长线下面再有一条小短线。
第二步：1和3之间靠近1的位置，长线的上面点一个小点，点要清晰一点。
总结一下，我就按从左到右，从上到下的顺序说一下咯：1,1后面一个点，3，一条包含了1点3的长线，3下的长线下再有一条只包含3的小短线。
PS：若是不想要音，只要节奏的话，就把1和3替换成x就好。
