Lastly, the goal of keeping the modern lifestyles can also be achieved through legislation factors which means any change in lifestyles will assult to the law. But the thing needed to be considered is social stablisation and a coming revolution.
In conclusion, there are several ways to maintain the modern lifestyles but changes are unavoidable.

两种问法没有区别，可以用同一种方法来回答。
但是采用极端法或者中立法的话，必须要注意有没有问“discuss both sides”，如果问了（基本上雅思作文都会问的），那就必须两边看法都讨论一下，然后给出你自己的极端看法或者中立看法。
