In my family,we all think that sports make us healthy,happy,energetic and efficient.So we all have our favorite sports.My grandfather's favorite sport is jogging which,he thinks,is a good sport for the old.However,my grandmother is much more energetic than my grandfather.She loves runing,dancing,swimming and so on! On the contrary,my parents are too busy to play sports.They almost work everyday but they loves playing badminton anyway.As for me,I love running best!I always run with my friends after school and i always get No.1 in the school sports meeting.
