1. 文体介绍在对外贸易中,询盘,也叫询价(inquiry或enquiry)是买方对于所要购买的商品向另卖方作出的询问。

询盘是交易的起点,可以分为:普通询盘(a general inquiry):索取普通资料,诸如:目录(a catalogue)、价目表或报价单(a price-list or quotation sheets)、样品(a sample)、图片(illustrated photo prints)等。具体询盘(a specific inquiry):具体询问商品名称(the name of the commodity)、规格(the specifications)、数量(the quantity)、单价(the unit price FOB… / CIF…),装船期(the time of shipment)、付款方式(the terms of payment)等。

买方通过询盘信,简明扼要的向卖方了解一般的商品信息。利用E-mail 写询盘信,无须写地过分客气,只需具体、简洁、措词得体。

有的询盘信开门见山,直截了当说明订购打算,希望对方给予一定优惠条件;有的询盘信则以征询信息的方式,不许下订货诺言,以避免结果未订购可能形成的日后交易中的障碍 。2. 实用范例Subject: EnquiryDear Sirs,We are interested in buying large quantities of steel screws in all sizes.We would be obliged if you would give us a quotation per kilogram C&F Liverpool, England. 3.外贸电子邮件的格式

1、一封邮件的基本内容通常分为三部分:收件人、主题、正文。

2、接收人。接收人为传递信息或分布任务的对象。除了接收人之外还可以同时抄送给其他人,抄送对象要看邮件重要程度而定。

3、主题。主题要突出邮件的主旨,要让别人一看到这个主题就能大概知道你想传递的是什么事情,如:关于“……”的安排,或者针对“……”的建议。意思明确,引人注目。

4、正文。首先是尊称,如:尊敬的领导、亲爱的同事等,如果是领导或者长辈就说“您好”,如果是一般的同事就说“你好”。礼貌是最重要的,不管是对领导还是对同事。然后就是正文的内容,要分主次,先总体表达要传递的意思,再用“第一/第二/第三/……”的格式详细描述,别人也会觉得你思路清晰,主次清晰。最后以祝福语结尾,再注明写邮件日期和写邮件的人。

5、附件。如果想要表达的信息或者材料内容较多,内存较大,也可以作为附件添加进去。在正文里面说的太多,反而别人不容易抓住重点,对于工作繁忙的人来说,更没时间去慢慢看了。
